Six Word Fridays: Treat

Treats:

Dressing my daughter up for Halloween.

Little Red Riding Hood, so cute.

She has a little basket too.

Have a feeling I’ll carry it.

While she pulls at her cape.

I’m not sure what she’ll think.

Seeing scary monsters, princess fairies, goblins.

She’s only eighteen months old now.

I hope she won’t be frightened.

We’re going to a neighborhood party.

Families, games, pumpkin carving, candy galore.

Don’t normally let her have sweets.

This time I’m making an exception.

I’ll let her have some treats.

Happy Halloween, hope yours is great!

It is scary how cute she is! If you visit my site this week, check out my post from yesterday. It’s a photo of my son preparing his Harry Potter costume. It’s a great time of year. A real treat!

I wish sometimes that I got to do princesses and fairies and such. But I will content myself with Power Rangers and (this year) Werewolves.
    She is very cute.

That is just about the cutest little face I have ever seen! I can see her as Little Red Riding Hood – pulling on her cape! Beautiful words about a beautiful child written by a loving mom.

    Thanks for this wonderful post……….cj

Love that banner photo. So cute!
Hope she had fun and didn’t get a tummy ache from all the treats she’s not used to having.

She didn’t get any treats after all. We put on her costume and she was not a happy camper. There’s always next year! 🙂

my daughter is almost 15 months old. she dressed up as a fairy (tooth fairy but she wouldn’t hold the tooth brush). it was a lot of fun taking her around to a few of the neighbour’s doors. she didn’t know what was going on!
