When I was younger, I was a huge Duran Duran fan and had their posters all over my wall. I especially loved John Taylor. Yum!

I loved Duran Duran! Wow, what a blast from the past that was, lol! I was into a lot of different music as a kid, but as a teen I was into bands like Slaughter, Skid Row, Warrant, Motley Crue, Poison, etc.
OMG, I thought I was going to grow up and marry Mark Slaughter or Blas Elias while I was in my teens. LOL. Absolutely LOVED Skid Row and Warrant. I have to do a music post to honor these bands now.

Duran Duran, Police, U2, Bruce, Elvis Costello. Now I am so old that I have no idea who anybody “famous” is until they are not famous anymore. I still listen to my “old” music on my iPod but would never let anyone see my playlists.
I LOVED, and still do, Duran Duran. Simon and Nick were always drool worthy to me. The still have great music. I was into a lot of 80′s “alternative” bands…..Echo and the Bunnymen, the Dead Milkmen, Dead Kennedys and such, Never have been a fan of metal.
Today I listen to lots of different music. The Gummy Bear song is a huge hit with my kids. Amusing to say the least but creates the most horrific earworm ever. lol
Saw the headline of your post & just about passed out! Was/is/always a HUGE Duran Duran fan but it is/was all about Simon Le Bon for me. Cried & cried when he married Yasmin but several decades later I think I’m fine with it now
